HICKORY, N.C. -- Hickory police arrested a third suspect accused to be involved in a gas station shooting last weekend.

Police charged Marcus Tyrone Kennedy with possession of a weapon by a felon and discharging a firearm within city limits after an incident at the Quality Mart Shell gas station on Rhyne Boulevard around 2:18 a.m. Sunday.
According to officials more than 30 shots were fired and ended up hitting three occupied vehicles in the parking lot.
During the shooting, a 31-year-old man was hit in the back while sitting in the parking lot. He was sent to Catawba Valley Medical Center and is expected to be okay.
Police charged Anwar Powell and Terrell Mitchell with attempted murder earlier this week. Powell s bond was set at $420,000 and Mitchell s was set at $462,500.
Kennedy's bond was set at $35,000, according to police.
