CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A man reportedly exposed himself to passersby near the outdoor track at the Harris YMCA in Charlotte--again.

On Monday, a Y member alerted management at the Harris YMCA of the activity.

YMCA officials say Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police were immediately contacted, though an arrest was not made.

The flasher struck during the day on Monday, unlike the two previous incidents at the Harris YMCA this year. The first, in July, two women reported seeing a man expose himself while they jogged the outdoor track around 5:45 in the morning.

Then, just a couple weeks later in early August, the flasher struck again. This time, just before 10 p.m., again on the outdoor track.

The YMCA has since posted signs to remind members that the outdoor track is only open during daylight hours.

Management notified all members on Wednesday of the latest incident. In the email, they stated that there is nothing more important to us than the safety of the adults and children who work and play at the Harris YMCA. They say they are closely working with CMPD to provided added security.
