CHARLOTTE, N.C. A political hot-button issue was in the spotlight Saturday in uptown Charlotte concerning America's immigration policy.

Protesters chanted, hey hey, ho ho, deportation has gots to go .

United 4 The Dream and the Latin American Coalition organized the rally on the square at the corner of Trade and Tryon Streets.

Their message was that the U.S. should be concentrating on deporting criminals not working families.
