BUTTECOUNTY, C.A. -- A local realtor is in hot water after officers in Butte County, California report intercepting a 92-pound marijuana shipment headed to South Carolina.

According to the case report, officer with the Butte County Sheriff's Office intercepted the 92-pound marijuana shipment addressed to James Michael Wiley's residence in York County, South Carolina.

The 56-year-old Wiley was arrested on a fugitive warrant in Butte County for cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, and three counts of possession of assault weapons.

Authorities say just this year, there have been six shipments of similar weight shipped to Wiley's York residence.

Wiley also has a residence in California, officials say, and the search of the residence turned up a quantity of marijuana plants.
