Cigarette makers lose their appeal to the Supreme Court.

They were fighting over the graphic warning labels the FDA wants on packages. Companies felt as if it violated their first amendment rights.

The court also agreed that tobacco companies can be limited on the events they can sponsor and the amount of free samples and branded merchandise they hand out.
