CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who robbed a McDonald's in southeast Charlotte last week.

Police said a man armed with a gun walked into the McDonald's located on N. Wendover Road and demanded money from the cashier.

It's not clear how much money he got away with. There were no reported injuries during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white man about 5'8 and weighs around 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans and a faded blue ball cap.
