STALLINGS, N.C. Two men were arrested after an overnight standoff with Union County SWAT.

Deputies with the Union County Sheriff s Office said the standoff started after a home invasion around 9 p.m. Monday.

Authorities say it started at a home on Aurora Boulevard between Woodstar Road and Old Monroe Road in Stallings.

Authorities evacuated people living near the home on Aurora Boulevard.

The hostage, another juvenile, was later let go and unharmed.

Neighbors, along with our NBC Charlotte news team, watched as about a dozen SWAT members stormed in dramatic fashion with their guns drawn toward the home.

Around 11:30 p.m., SWAT was able to take the second suspect into custody after finding him hiding in the attic of the home.

A person who rents the home told NBC Charlotte that two men forced their way into the house.

She said both men were in their 20's demanded money. The lady also said she did not know the two men who barged into her house, or why they targeted her home.

The two suspects, 26-year-old Wesley Quinn Baker and 29-year-old Henry Lee Clyburn, face kidnapping and robbery charges, according Stallings Police Chief M.E. Plyler.
