LINCOLNTON, N.C. -- A teddy bear stuffed with methamphetamine led to the arrest of a man in Lincolnton.

Police pulled over Rigoberto Gomez-Contino, 32, for a traffic stop on Highway 321 Tuesday morning.

Officers say after getting permission to search the vehicle, they found three ounces of methamphetamine inside the bear in the back seat.

The Hendersonville man was booked into the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center for drug charges.
