CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are on the hunt for a man who held-up a GameStop in the Independence Division on Wednesday.

Wednesday morning around 10:20, police say a black male in his 20s entered the GameStop in the 1800 block of Galleria Boulevard, pointed a gun at the cashier and demanded cash from the register.

The suspect, who's described as approximately 5-foot-11 with an average build, wearing a black jacket, hat and sunglasses, fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash.
