INDIANTRAIL, N.C. -- Three people were jailed in connection with an armed robbery and home invasion in Indian Trail on Wednesday.
Early Wednesday afternoon, Union County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a home in the 100 block of Briarmore Drive in the Brandon Oaks Subdivision.
A deputy was able to quickly locate and detain one suspect while a perimeter was set up and a canine unit began to canvas the area.
Shortly after, deputies say they located an abandoned vehicle with property stolen during the home invasion along with the .22 revolver used during the course of the robbery.
Deputies were able to identify the two remaining suspects and issued warrants for kidnapping and armed robbery. All three were arrested without incident.
Kyle Michael Holt, 18, and 20-year-old Jadarrius Duntavias Williams, both of Indian Trail, are charged with armed robbery and second-degree kidnapping. Both Holt and William's bond was set at $20,000.
Officials connected the third suspect, Keith Spencer Gaines, 18, to two separate robbery cases in 2011 in which two pizza delivery drivers were robbed off cash, food, and a cell phone.
Gaines is charged with armed robbery, second-degree kidnapping and two counts of common law robbery. His bond was set at $60,000.
