ROCKHILL, S.C. -- Rock Hill Police arrested a man Thursday morning on the charge of attempted murder.

Rock Hill Police were dispatched to the 300 block of High Street around 1:20 Thursday on reports of shots fired with a victim.

The victim was bleeding from the left side of her head when officers arrived on scene. The victim, 24-year-old Seanquavious Chisolm, pointed to a man walking down the street and told officers he was the man who fired a shot at her.

The suspect is identified as Travis Robinson, 24, of Rock Hill. He's charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.

Police also recovered a firearm near the scene.

Rock Hill Police continue to investigate.
