CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- One man is dead and Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a pair of suspects after a shooting at a restaurant in east Charlotte Sunday evening.
Authorities tell NewsChannel 36 a worker at the Fast Wok Chinese restaurant along East WT Harris Boulevard was shot and killed by an armed robber.
Early Monday morning police identified the victim as 52-year-old Edward Rosen.
The incident happened around 8 p.m.
After the shooting, police say the shooter fled the business on foot while wearing a hooded sweatshirt with dark jeans. He then took off in a burgundy Chrysler PT Cruiser.
Detectives now say a second suspect was driving the car.
CMPD called in the the K-9 unit, but they weren't able to find the shooter.
