Parents at one South Carolina school are up in arms saying their kids were singled-out because of their size.

Kids got a letter asking them to attend a meeting about their weight. Then last week, they were called out over the intercom--one-by-one.

The school decided to offer meetings with a nutritionist to discuss healthy eating.

The superintendent of the school district is backing parents saying the school didn't handle things properly.
