CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A suspect wanted for allegedly opening fire at a candlelight vigil has been arrested.

Louie Raymond Forney, 22, faces several charges, including attempted murder. He turned himself into investigators.

Police say Forney shot four people at a memorial for an alleged robber, killed by a store clerk in late August.

All of the victims survived.
