ROCK HILL, S.C. -- Better luck next year?

Officers in York County say they busted their twenty-second meth lab there this year on Friday.

The county s Multijurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit responded to the 2700 block of Lesslie Dale Road in Rock Hill around 3 p.m.

Officers say they found a one pot meth lab in the bathroom. The lab was already inactive when they found it.

Richard Dean Bailey Jr., 35, is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.

Authorities say this brings the tallies for the year up to 22 labs, 39 arrests and 174 charges for 2013.
