ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. Investigators seized over 80 heroin balloons and arrested three people after investigating complaints of drug activity at a home in Salisbury.
Police have charged 29-year-old Donald Rogers Jr., 27-year-old Emily Eudy and 32-year-old Christopher Eudy in connection with their investigation.
The Rowan County Sheriff s Office reported receiving several complaints about drug activity at a home on West Fork Drive in southeaster Rowan County.
Police began investigating the complaints and say the people who were living at the address were involved with the sale of black tar heroin. Undercover detectives went to the home and were able to make purchases from one of the suspects.
Officials obtained a search warrant for the property and during the search they found the packaged heroin.
Rogers was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Emily and Christopher Eudy both face multiple drug charges, including possession with the intent to distribute heroin, maintain dwelling for controlled substances, trafficking by possession of heroin, conspire to traffic heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Christopher Eudy also faces charges for possession of a firearm by a felon and sell/deliver controlled substance.
