CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Facebook is planning to delete millions of fake accounts.

The social networking site says more than eight percent of users have either duplicate or false accounts.

That eight percent equals out to 83 million people.

According to Facebook, some of those accounts were created for a baby, pet or business.
