ALBEMARLE, N.C. -- Albemarle Police are looking for a man wanted in connection with a Sunday shooting.

Around 2:30 Sunday, officers were dispatched to Stanly Regional Medical Center after a patient, 30-year-old Jonathan Owens, showed up with a gunshot wound.

Authorities identified the suspect in the shooting as 29-year-old Travis Devon Colson, of Norwood.

Police say Colson is considered to armed and dangerous, and advise that you should not approach the suspect.
