CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- A convicted sex offender is charged with raping two teens.
Now Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are asking are they the only victims?
The mother of one of the alleged victims is outraged Duncan Bynum man was even allowed to walk the streets.
Police say he is a sexual predator who goes after little girls.
"He likes little girls -- this is not the first time," said the alleged victim's mother.
Police say the woman's 14-year-old daughter and a 17-year-old friend were Bynum's victims this week.
"They were walking to get something to eat and he came and asked them if they wanted to get their hair done and from then on he kind of forced them into the car."
Police reports show the convicted sex offender used a gun to get the girls into his car on Eastway, took them to his family's hair shop, raped them and took nude pictures of one of them.
"I think it's very disturbing that she had to go through something like this that we would have to go through something like this as a family."
Even more disturbing she says is that Bynum has been convicted of several crimes before and not behind bars.
"If they would have did something about the other little girls...than my child wouldn't have been a victim, he would have been locked up."
Bynum's been convicted of sexual battery before, both in Charlotte and in Atlanta, but barely served any time because they were misdemeanor crimes.
"It's like a slap on the wrist and he's back doing it again."
Detectives say they're working with charlotte prosecutors to connect him to other cases.
They've also searched the hair salon, looking for clues to other possible rape victims.
"I just hope this time they don't let him go. How many times can you do this to a child and be let free? I just hope this time justice is served."
