LANCASTER, S.C. -- The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office has arrested two men for the armed robbery of a grocery store that took place this Spring.

Terry Lynn Price, 21, and 19-year-old Deqavies Mackey have been arrested and charged with armed robbery in connection with an incident on May 8 in Lancaster.

Additionally, Price is facing assault and battery, first-degree, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

Authorities say evidence left behind at the scene, Antioch Grocery in the 2700 block of Flat Creek Road in Lancaster, led authorities to IDthe pair as suspects.

During the course of the armed robbery, the store clerk was struck in the head. The store clerk was treated by paramedics on the scene.

The Sheriff's Office says Price and Mackey fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Mackey's bond was denied, while Price is sitting in the Chester County Jail awaiting transfer to Lancaster County.
