ROCKHILL, S.C. -- Rock Hill Police are investigating a shooting that left two 20-somethings hospitalized on Thursday night.

Police were called to the 600 block of East White Street around 9 p.m. Thursday to investigate a shooting.

When officers arrived on the scene, two male victims, one age 25, the other 27, were found with gunshot wounds.

One victim was shot in the arm and was treated at Piedmont Medical Center. The other victim was shot twice, once in the chest, and was flown to CMCMain with potentially-life threatening injuries.

Police say the suspects, who are described as black males wearing masks, fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.

The identities of the victims have not been released.

Detectives and forensic crime scene personnel continue to investigate.
