LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. -- A tip left for Lincoln County deputies led them to a meth lab.

Detectives followed up after a message was left on the drug tip line on Monday.

Police say they found five one-pot meth labs and precursors at the suspect s home in the 4600 block of Flay Road. The suspect has been identified as 30-year-old Colby Ray Williams.

He is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of meth precursors.

Williams was booked into Harven A. Crouse Detention Center without bond.

This was the fifth meth lab found in Lincoln County during 2014.

Anyone with a tip can share it with the sheriff s office at 704-736-8422.
