LANCASTER, N.C. -- Lancaster police are looking for a man who robbed a gas station earlier this month.

Police said a man walked into the Lloyd's Store on Pageland Highway on April 12th and demanded money from the clerk.

The suspect obtained cash from the store and fled the scene. No weapon was displayed during the incident and no one was injured, but the suspect acted aggressively toward the clerk, police said.

The suspect is described as a black man about 25-35 years of age. He's about six-feet tall and weights around 170 pounds. The suspect was wearing a black hat, black frame glasses, jeans and a black, white and yellow striped shirt.

The suspect fled the store in what is believed to be a burgundy Chevrolet Equinox.

The Lancaster County Sheriff s Office is asking anyone with information about those responsible for this or any crimes in the Lancaster area to call the Lancaster County Sheriff s Office at 283-3388.
