CATAWBACOUNTY, N.C. -- Additional felony charges have been filed against former NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield.

A grand jury indicted Mayfield on possession of stolen goods. But his attorney already says he's going to try to have them dismissed.

Those charges stem from a search of Mayfield's home back in November 2011.

Police say they found methamphetamine and equipment, stolen from racing companies.

Mayfield was suspended from NASCAR in 2009 when he tested positive for meth.

Mayfield denies using drugs.
