CHARLOTTE, N.C Authorities are searching for a driver after officials say they clipped the back of a school bus on Friday.

The incident happened in the 6500 block of Brookshire Boulevard shortly after 3 p.m. Officials said a white vehicle clipped the back of the bus and drove away from the scene.

Officials said bus 1417 was from West Meck High School, there were 21 students on-board at the time of the crash.

The description of the suspect s car is very vague, at last check there was no description of the driver. Medic tells NBC Charlotte they re treating four patients with non-life threatening injuries.

All four of those patients were students on-board the bus.
