CHARLOTTE, N.C. A man wearing a ski mask jumped the counter of a south Charlotte bank and demanded money from a teller Wednesday morning.

The robbery happened at the Bank of America branch on Golf Links Drive near Providence Road at about 11 a.m.

The FBI and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department released bank surveillance photos asking for help in identifying the man. He is described as a black male, approximately 5 10 , 230 pounds, wearing a ski mask and gloves.

The man walked out of the bank and got into a small, black, four-door car with what appears to be a North Carolina license plate.
