LINCOLNTON, N.C. -- The word community fits at Lincolnton as well as any stop NewsChannel 36 makes on the Friday Night Frenzy.

On Saturday, the last one to leave town will have to turn off the lights when the Wolves head to Raleigh to face Tarboro for the Class 2A state title.

For the first time in four seasons, Lincolnton is headed to the title game after a 26-0 victory over Thomasville Friday night.

The Wolves led 13-0 at the break on one rushing touchdown and 89 yards of offense from standout tailback DeeDee LittleJohn, who has rushed for nearly 2,000 yards this season.

NewsChannel 36 will have complete coverage this weekend.
