LANCASTER, S.C. A second arrest has been after a man was robbed outside of a Lancaster Walmart.

The victim told police two black men robbed him at gunpoint in the Walmart parking lot in the 800 block of Highway Bypass West late Monday morning. The suspects made off with his wallet, cash, keys and two GPS systems before running off on foot, according to the Lancaster Police Department.

After investigating further, police found the victim had been communicating with someone to buy a car listed for sale. He agreed to meet the seller with a down payment at Walmart. Investigators say the posters intended the ad to be a setup.

One suspect, 18-year-old Malcolm Shaquille Williams, turned himself into police late Tuesday night. He s charged with armed robbery and possession of a handgun during the commission of a violent crime.
Police tracked down the second suspect, 26-year-old Jequavis Tyanthony, Thursday afternoon. He s charged with armed robbery.
