CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police arrested one man accused in several robberies.

Police charged Travion Allen for his involvement in several breaking and entering cases.

Officers located a vehicle that was wanted in connection with several residential break-ins throughout the city. Detectives with the investigation and located Allen inside an apartment in the 13400 block of Arbor Trace Drive.

Officers determined that Allen had two warrants for felony breaking and entering cases that occurred in east Charlotte and placed him under arrest. Allen was was interviewed by detectives concerning other breaking and entering cases.

Based on information and evidence that was gathered during the arrest, detectives were able to obtain a search warrant for the apartment on Arbor Trace Drive where Allen was arrested, and located stolen property from more than a dozen additional breaking and entering cases that occurred in other divisions.

Allen is facing additional charges regarding those cases.
