DENVER, N.C. -- A lengthy undercover investigation wrapped-up Thursday night with the arrest of a Denver woman.
The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office says they've been surveilling a residence on Campground Road for some time and that officers had also conducted several undercover buys from the suspect at the residence.
Investigators served a search warrant at the home around 9 p.m. Thursday. Authorities seized a non-trafficking amount of crack cocaine and marijuana, along with $2000 in cash.
Arrested in the operation is 32-year-old Summer Demetrius Jones. She's charged with one felony count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance Schedule II, possession with the intent to manufacture sell and deliver a controlled substance Schedule VI and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance. Additionally, Jones is charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jones was also booked in on two outstanding felony warrants for sell and deliver a cocaine and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine. Her bond is set at $45,000.
