Renovations at Catawba Industrial Commons are underway and will continue through May.

The former 277,000 square-foot Corning Cable Systems facility was acquired by Charis Hickory, LLC, a private investment group led by RealtyAnalytix Advisors in February. Early leasing interest has already been promising.

We are under letter of intent with a 25,000 square foot user and have had substantive conversation with two larger prospects, according to AB Henley, also a partner of RealtyAnalytix Advisors. Tony Jarrett of Prism Commercial Real Estate has been engaged to market and lease Catawba Industrial Commons and local EDC representative Julie Pruett has been very helpful on all fronts, according to Henley.

Asking lease rates at Catawba Industrial Commons range from $1.95 per square foot up to $2.75 per square foot modified gross. Spaces are available from 10,000 square feet up to 100,000 square feet.
