LEXINGTON, N.C. -- Fresh off winning the Master tournament in Augusta, Georgia last weekend, one of Bubba Watson's next biggest goals is selling his lakeside mansion in Davidson County.

Watson's Lexington, North Carolina mansion has been on the market since late February, said real estate agent Tim Taylor.

The 24-year-old home is priced at $1.45 million and overlooks High Rock Lake.

It's pretty first class, said Taylor. Before he won, we had a couple people who were offering to trade properties.

But since Watson's playoff win on Sunday, interest from potential buyers and media alike has been widespread.

Iknew it wouldn't hurt anything by winning the Masters, but Iwas shocked (at all the attention, Taylor added.

The home features four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and has about 5,000 square feet of living space.

The best part about the house is that there is water on three sides, Taylor noted.

The home includes a boat house with a dock with plenty of space of jet ski's or other boats.

Taylor said one of the best features is the outdoor area, fit with a saltwater pool, hot tub and a new $50,000 outdoor kitchen patio that Watson recently had built.

Watson and his wife recently adopted a baby and plan to make a permanent home in Orlando, Taylor said.

It couldn't have happened to a better guy. He's just real genuine., Taylor said.
