SANFORD, N.C. (AP) - Authorities in North Carolina say a daycare and mentoring program run out of the home of a registered sex offender was a front for a child porn production operation.
WRAL-TV in Raleigh reported Tuesday (http://bit.ly/T5KgvE ) that Harnett County sheriff's deputies arrested four people and are searching for a fifth. Authorities say there are at least 10 male and female victims, ranging in age from 1 to 14.
Investigators say Bailey Joe Mills ran the day care out of his home to gain access to children. Mills is accused of then offering the children money to have sex with men contacted through social media sites.

Rashawn Rodriguez Drake Jackson, 20, is charged with first-degree sex offense with a child and felony conspiracy.
Deputies are searching for a man identified through a video of him committing a sexual act with a child. Authorities think he may be in the Raleigh or Fayetteville.
