Rowan Co. authorities arrest two on 'Most Wanted' list
ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. -- Two men on the Rowan County Sheriff's Office 'Most Wanted' list have been arrested.
Aziz Alim Rahim Al-Amin was taken in to custody on Thursday, the sheriff's office said. Al-Amin was wanted in connection with eight residential and commercial break-ins, as well as a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon.
Al-Amin was arrested at a home in Thomasville by Davidson County authorities. He is being held at the Rowan County Detention Center under $100,000 secured bond.
Matthew Damion Parham was also arrested on charges of failure to notify of address change by a registered sex offender and interfering with an electronic monitoring device, according to sheriff's office.
The 22-year-old is in custody at the Rowan County Detention Center under a $380,000 secured bond.
