ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. -- There are new developments in the criminal case against Erica Parsons' adoptive parents.

A judge has continued the trail for Casey and Sandy Parsons until Oct. 14.

Erica's adoptive parents pleaded not guilty to more than 70 counts of fraud and identity theft. They're accused of collecting more than $12,000 in government assistant after Erica was reported missing last year.

She hasn't been seen since 2011, and no one has been charged in relation to her disappearance.
