CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Troopers from the North Carolina Highway patrol have released the name of the man killed in a fatal crash this afternoon.
63-year-old Edward Sullivan from Charlotte was killed in the Thanksgiving accident that happened on I-485 inner loop at Harrisburg Road around 3pm.
Troopers said it appeared the man had a medical condition when he lost control and crashed his car into the median. He was the only person in the vehicle when it crashed.
