CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- One person was shot during a robbery in north Charlotte Tuesday night.
The shooting happened at a home off of Weavers Glenn Place around 11 p.m. near the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
“I hear this guy from across the road (and I was thinking) ‘Is this guy trying to rob me?’ But then I realize as soon as he gets up…he lands on the ground,” said witness Andy Robinson.
One person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Authorities have not released anymore details to the shooting.
