Ribeauvillé, France -- Bees in France have been producing odd-colored honey, and candy M&Ms may be to blame.
Beekeepers started noticing that their honey was different shades of blue and green. They say the color comes from M&Ms' colored coating, which is processed at a nearby plant.
The keepers believe that instead of flying to local wildflowers for nectar, the bees have been sucking up the colorful sugar from the candy instead.
The blue and green honey will not be sold to the public.
