CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The FAA will give final word on which airport control towers will permanently close on Monday.
Last month, the agency released a list of nearly 200 towers facing potential closure, which included the tower at Concord Regional Airport.
Airport managers had time to submit arguments for keeping them open. The towers are being closed because of those massive government budget cuts.
