CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Panthers might have suffered an ugly loss on Sunday, but there was one amazing moment on the field and it came before kickoff.

To honor Veterans Day, Army Capt. Joseph Jorgensen’s wife and five kids were watching a video message from the captain recorded while he was in Iraq, saying he missed them, loved them and wished he could be with them at the game.

After the video ended, Jorgensen came running on the field from behind them and surprised his whole family.

Jorgensen is with the 18th Airborne Corps out of Fort Bragg.
