CHARLOTTE, N.C. --  As thousands streamed through the doors of Time Warner Cable Arena for the Bon Jovi concert Tuesday night, employees were busy counting.

Eight years after opening its doors, TWC Arena celebrated guest number 10 million walking through security just before the Bon Jovi show began.

Brandon Bolin was lucky number 10 million.  The Rock Hill man and his wife had no idea what was going on when the Bobcats mascot, Rufus and Lady Cats stopped them from heading to their seats.  Music was blaring over the concourse speakers and confetti falling from the upper deck as the TWC Arena CEO announced the milestone to everyone in the building.

"I was a little scared at first, but this is a good scared," said Alicia Bolin.

Being the 10millionth guest comes with its perks too.  The Bolins will receive two free tickets to every single event - that's games, concerts and family shows- at TWC Arena for the next  year.

"It hasn't really sunk in yet, but I'm sure all my friends will be calling me about it, and tickets soon," said Brandon Bolin.

They also received upgraded tickets for the Bon Jovi concert.
