NEW YORK, N.Y. – A dog wedding to benefit the Humane Society of New York was valued at more than $158,000 and is the most expensive pet wedding in history.
The bride, owned by animal rescue advocate Wendy Diamond, wore a couture dress by designers Henry and Michele Roth.
Guests were treated to music from a seven-piece orchestra, with a jazz trumpet soloist.
Animal Fair Media, which hosted the event, has raised over $1 million the past decade for animal welfare.
After they got hitched, the cuddly couple were presented with a Guinness World Record in the category of most expensive pet wedding, according to WNBC-TV.
