CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Anne Heche is a well-known actress who  got her start on the soap opera Another World.

She made her film debut in 1993’s An Ambush of Ghosts, but it was her role in Donnie Brasco (1997) that first brought her attention. In 2002, she made her Broadway debut.

She was nominated for her first primetime Emmy Award for Gracie’s Choice in 2004. In 2006, she got her own series, Men in Trees.

Around that time, Heche appeared to be on the fast track to film success, with roles in the action drama Volcano opposite Tommy Lee Jones and the political satire Wag the Dog with Dustin Hoffman and Robert De Niro.

Heche starred opposite Harrison Ford in Six Days Seven Nights. In the film, she played an editor who eventually falls for Ford's character, after the two survive an airplane crash together.

In NBC’s new comedy Save Me, Anne Heche plays a 40-year-old Ohio housewife with a direct lifeline to God.

While her friends and family think she’s gone nuts, Heche’s character Beth is truly blessed and taking advantage of a second chance at life. In her own life, Heche has gone through many difficult times but through it all, has had a great career.

This morning on Larry’s Look, Anne spoke to Larry about her career, her new series, plus her adventure into the business world.

Heche actually has created a totally new sun block for kids, called “Tickle Time”.  Anne also mentioned her interest in doing the weather on NBC Charlotte!
