CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Damage from Monday night's storm is causing a headache for drivers Tuesday morning.
A downed power line has closed traffic on Park Road near Hillside Avenue. A tree fell on the power line, which started a fire around 5 a.m.
Hillside Avenue is closed between Park Road and Selwyn Avenue. Alternate routes include Princeton Road or Woodland Road.
