Charlotte Bobcats owner Michael Jordan surprised students at Northridge Middle School Tuesday when he showed up at a rally.
Several members of the Bobcats organization, including Coach Paul Silas and point guard D.J. Augustine, were at the school to discuss the Cats Care program.
Students had no idea that Jordan would be there. The gymnasium erupted when the basketball star walked in.
Jordan talked to the middle schoolers about education and fitness and the Cats Care program, which is an effort by the Bobcats to make a positive impact on the community.
