CHESTER, S.C. -- Law enforcement officers in Chester have tracked down and arrested a third person believed to have been involved in the murder of Jimmie Diane Paul.
A spokesperson for the Chester County Sheriff's Office said 19-year-old Shaderius Demark Cohen was arrested around 9:45 p.m. Thursday without incident at 100 West Lacy Street.
He has been charged with murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime and was booked into the Chester County Detention Center.
Clayton Eli Watts, 17, and Marqueas Issale Eric Buchanan, 18, were both charged in connection with the Tuesday killing of Jimmie Dianne Paul, who for three years worked in the Clerk of Court's office. She was married to Mack Paul, Chester's director of building and planning.
Carlisle Roddey, county supervisor and a family friend, said the couple adopted and raised Watts, who just turned 17 last month.
