CHARLOTTE, N.C. –- Officials are investigating a Charlotte-Mecklenburg School bus accident that happened on Monday.
The crash happened shortly after 3 p.m. on Monday. According to officials, none of the students from Mint Hill Middle School were on board bus 1233.
Officials said the bus was in route to pickup students from Mint Hill Middle school. As Airstar flew over the scene, heavy damage was visible to the driver side door of the passenger vehicle.
Medic could be seen treating at least one patient. No word yet on the extent of their injuries.
