Incumbent Congressman Rep. Larry Kissell, challenger Richard Hudson and Scott Keadle were at the Fourth of July Main Street parade in Oakboro last week. Keadle, the Mooresville dentist, is locked in a bitter runoff with Hudson to be decided Tuesday.
