If you're looking for a cold weather shelter, you've come to the right place. Find a list of shelters available in the Charlotte Metro region for the Arctic blast moving in January 6 and 7, 2014. We'll add more locations to the list as they become available.

Anyone in need of emergency temporary shelter Monday or Tuesday night should call Chief Deputy Tod Jones at the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office at 828-632-1107.

Lancaster County

Anyone who loses power or heat should contact Public Safety Communication at 803-283-4136 for directions to the shelter.
