CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Rain moved into the Charlotte region Friday and will be here for the start of the weekend, too.
The rain started falling late Thursday night across the region with a mix of sleet in part of the foothills.
Temperatures hovered in the low to mid-40s though, so nothing stuck.
